I have lived on this property for almost 9 years! The property has gone through 3 owner changes since I have been here. I have to say that this change has been, by far, the best! In the first year, they replaced all the windows and doors, the roofs, they are currently landscaping and in the process of adding many amazing things to make our community even better. They are also upgrading all of the apartments as they become available for rent. I have always been happy here. I have always felt safe. It is close to the city and other attractions. It is 20 minutes from my work. I love living here. The staff is great, maintenance responds quickly to requests, the neighbors in my building are wonderful. The staff makes this place feel more life a community instead of just a place to live. They plan activities and such (before COVID-19) and I'm sure they will continue once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
